New in 2010 is our first foray into the world of white wines! We named this wine “V”, both a play on the varietal and symbolizing the five Gaiser boys running the winery. We’re very pleased with how this wine turned out and how well it complements our collection of reds.

Our 2010 “V” Viognier presents with light floral and citrus notes on the nose and opens up to hints of honeydew and green apple through the mid-palate. A soft, buttery finish rounds out the experience making this a fantastically versatile white to enjoy with a variety of different pairings.
